Psy field. When a creature moves within 60 ft. range of the controller, it must succeed on a DC 16 Wisdom saving throw or receive a -2 penalty to all attacks. If a creature succeeds in this saving throw, it cannot be effected by this field again for the next 24 hours.

ACTIONS

Psy attack. The controller chooses a creature that it can see within 60 ft. range. The target creature must succeed on a DC 16 Wisdom saving throw or receive 13 (2d8 + 4) psychic damage. A creature killed this way does not permanently die, but instead comes back to life 1 minute after its death, becoming a psy zombie.

The Controller is a legendary and probably the most feared mutant in the zone. They are a common character in stalker folklore, often described smarter and more clever than a stalker. The controller himself is not that strong, but psy powers lets him create small armies of stalkers and mutants, whom he often eats, without any struggling from the prey. Besides, the simple fact that there is a mutant able to enslave you and your friends does not sound very pleasant.
