Tyrian (5e Creature)
From D&D Wiki
Tyrian
Medium humanoid, neutral evil Armor Class 23 (Exiled Peacekeeper Armor + Dex)
Saving Throws Str +11, Dex +9, Int +5, Wis +8 Legendary Resistance (1/Day). If Tyrian fails a saving throw, he can choose to succeed instead. Umbragloom Amulet. Tyrian wears a magical amulet that grants him +5 to Intelligence saving throws and advantage on Initiative rolls. Athlete. When Tyrian is prone, standing up only uses 5 feet of his movement. Climbing doesn't cost you extra movement. Tyrian can make a running long jump or a running high jump after moving only 5 feet on foot, rather than 10 feet. Sharpshooter. Attacking at long range does not impose disadvantage on Tyrian's ranged attack. His ranged attacks ignore half-cover and three-quarters cover. Before he makes an attack with a ranged weapon, he can choose to take a -5 to the attack roll. If the attack hits, add +10 to the attack's damage. Summon Weapon. Tyrian's weapons are formed of an ethereal fabric unknown to the Material Plane. His master has bound that same fabric to Tyrian's being and granted him the ability to summon and banish his weapons at will. He summons or banishes Blots to an open hand as a free action. Tyrian is ambidextrous and can summon a weapon to either hand. He is known for using this ability to retrieve his Blots after both have been thrown. ACTIONSMultiattack. Tyrian makes two handaxe attacks, either melee or ranged. Blot (Handaxe). Melee Weapon Attack: +11 to hit, reach 5 ft., thrown (30/90), one target. Hit: 11 (2d6 + 5) slashing damage and 9 (2d8) necrotic damage. REACTIONSParry. Tyrian adds 6 to his AC against one melee attack that would hit it. To do so, Tyrian must see the attacker and be wielding a melee weapon. |
Far from prying eyes of dignified civilizations, Tyrian communed with powers greater than himself in a search for dominance over his rivals. He was a young man until he became the servant of darkness he is now. Still green in the eyes of his master and new allies, Tyrian is sent on smaller tasks in order to prove himself worthy of a higher station. Tyrian is more than eager to do these and aims to rise above the dreaded Rorkaleth as their master's new champion. |
