Katana Proficiency [General, Fighter]
Your skills in the Katana are like that of a expert.
Prerequisite:
Benefit: You may use weapon Finesse with a Katana, at 10 HD you increase the damage die of your katana by 1 (1D8 -> 2D8)
Normal: You use your strength modifier with a katana.
