Shadowy armor appears around the target, making it more difficult for enemies to attack.

Standard Action	Close burst 10
Target: One ally in burst
Effect: The target gains a +1 power bonus to all defenses until the end of your next turn or until the target is hit. When this effect is removed by a hit, the attacker takes Intelligence modifier damage.
