The perfect tool of assassination, this spell allows the caster to wish someone dead. So long as the caster has met the target, no barrier of matter or distance or the boundaries of the planes themselves can protect the target. Only a single Fortitude save keeps the target from death, though epic magic can ward the target. Even a successful Fortitude save still results in 3d6+10 points of damage to the target.
XP Cost: 4,000xp
