Arcane Shield
You can create a barrier on instinct to protect you from your foes' attacks.
Benefit: You can use the Arcane shield power as an encounter power.

| Sustain Minor: You continue to receive the shield bonus to AC | |
| Special: You must take the Arcane Shield feat to use this power. | |
