Cold Fire [General]

Bonus to attack rolls and inflict vulnerability with fire and cold powers.

Prerequisite: Int 15, Con 13

Benefit: You gain a +1 bonus to the attack rolls of powers with a fire or cold keyword. This bonus increases to +2 at levels 11 to 20, and +3 at levels 21+. When a character hits with an attack with the cold keyword, the target receives a vulnerability to fire damage equal to 1 at levels 1 to 10, 3 at levels 11 to 20, and 5 at levels 21+. When a character hits with an attack with the fire keyword, the target receives a vulnerability to cold damage equal to 1 at levels 1 to 10, 3 at levels 11 to 20, and 5 at levels 21+.
