Augment Undead
Conjuration [Target gains one ability from the list]
Level: Clr 2, Sor/Wiz 3
Components: A drop of Unholy Water
Casting time: 1 round
Range: Touch
Duration: 1 minute per level
Saving Throw: None
Spell Resistance: No

When this spell is cast, the undead is annointed with the Unholy water, granting it Unholy Toughness (It gains bonus hit points per hit die equal to its charisma modifier) or Dark Blessing (It gains a bonus equal to its charisma modifier equal to its saving throws) (This is chosen at the time of the casting). These abilities are treated as supernatural abilities. This effect may be made permanent by the use of a Permanency spell. If you have this spell prepared (if you prepare spells) or if you can cast the spell (if you cast spells spontaneously, as would a sorcerer)when you cast a spell that would animate a undead, you may expend the spell slot this spell occupies or (in the case of a sorcerer) one of your spell slots of that level, if you do not prepare spells, to make it an innate supernatural ability of an undead created by the spell. If you are an undead that can both create spawn and cast this spell, you may choose to do the same when you use your create spawn ability for the same effect. In either cases (being made permanent or being expended upon creation) the effect can no longer be dispelled permanently, and are treated as a supernatural ability the creature normally possesses. Material Component: A drop of Unholy water.

XP Cost: If you make this spell permanent or expend its spell slot, you must pay 100 xp.
