Created by the famed elven air mage Fingolfin, this spell can be cast in one of two ways, single target, or multi target.
The single target version blasts the target with a bolt of lightning, dealing 1d6 electricity damage per level (max 15d6, Reflex save for half damage) and stunning the target for 1d3 rounds. A successful Fortitude save negates the stun.
The multi target version effects up to 1 creature per 2 levels, no two of which can be more than 30 feet apart. Each target is blasted with a jolt of lightning, dealing 10d6 electricity damage, Reflex save for half, and stunning the targets for 1 round. A successful Fortitude save negates the stun.
