| Target: One, two or three creatures | |
| Effect: 5 + Intelligence modifier force damage. | |
| Sustain Minor: Apply the effect again to each target still in line of effect and range. | |
| Special: If the implement used with this power has an enchantment bonus, add that bonus to the damage. | |
