Benefit: Provides 4 temporary hit points at the beginning of each encounter. Electric damage counts double against these temporary hit points.
A belt-mounted energy buffer that reduces the impact of any kind of attack. The field they project is normally invisible, but a shimmering blue pattern encapsulates the wearer when it reacts.
