Jack of All Trades [General]

While being knowledgable in a wider than average number of areas, you lack the focus to ever become a true expert in anything.
Benefit: +1 skill point per level (+4 at 1st level)
Drawback: Your maximum number of ranks you can have in all skills is 1 lower than normal.
Normal: You know an average amount of things to an average level of expertise.
Roleplaying Ideas: You know about more things than most people would expect, but lack depth of knowledge, often putting you in an assisting position.
