An electric Technique that sends forth a ball of lightning that homes in on your target.
Benefit: You can use noszonde as an encounter power.
Overcharge: When you declare this attack, you may roll 1d20.
♦10+: Targets may not benefit from cover or superior cover.
♦9 or less: You are dazed (save ends). You may not save against this effect this turn.
