Heirarch Modron [Racial]
As an upper-tier modron, your precision of order allows you to alter the initiative sequence in battle.
Prerequisite: Modron, 11th level
Benefit: At the beginning of a combat encounter, after initiative has been determined, you may swap the initiative values of two characters adjacent in the initiative order. In addition, you have darkvision.
