Talk:Arrow of Penetration (3.5e Equipment)

This item blatantly breaks multiple rules and should be removed. The enhancements it has are illegal for the type of weapon it is with absolutely no explanation of why or how. Does it really matter that it was in an obscure book?

Arrows cannot be keen.

Mighty cleaving cannot be placed on an arrow.

Mighty cleaving has no effect unless the wielder has the cleave feat.
