Dissonance of Cruelty Tsuku-Master Attack 29
One of the truly cruelest attacks a tsuku-master can learn, the power of thousands of yokai spirits, including those of the mighty daitengu, course through your fist with such force that you can literally cripple an enemy into oblivion.
Daily Star.gif Divine, Implement, Melee, Force, Psychic
Standard Action Melee touch
Target: One creature
Attack: Intelligence Vs. Fortitude
Hit: 2d10 + Intelligence modifier force damage, and the target takes 5 ongoing psychic damage (save ends), is weakened (save ends), immobilized (save ends), blinded (save ends), dazed (save ends), and is pushed 3 squares and is knocked prone.
Miss: Half damage, and you may choose one effect from the following list that the target must save against: 5 ongoing psychic damage, weakened, immobilized, blinded, or dazed.
Oni-Obake: The target gets a -2 penalty to each of its saving throws against the effects from this attack. Noppera-Obake: In addition to using this attack, you get a +5 bonus to all saving throws you make until the end of your next turn.
Special: The target must make seperate saving throws against each individual effect of this attack.
