| Oni-Obake: If you miss the target with this attack, you may have it take a -2 penalty to all attack and damage rolls it makes until the end of your next turn. Noppera-Obake: You may have you or an adjacent ally shift a number of squares equal to your Constitution modifier after making this attack. | |
