Numb to Pain
Your character suffers from a strange affliction which makes him/her incapable of feeling pain.
Benefit: Treat your Constitution score as 2 points higher for the purposes of determining Hit Points.
Additionally, you are immune to any spell or ability whose description explains that it functions by to causing intense pain (such as a Symbol of Pain spell).

Drawback: You never know your current Hit Point total. When you take damage, you never know exactly how much damage you took. When you are healed, you never know exactly how many Hit Points you recovered. Your DM should secretly keep track of your current remaining Hit Points and secretly roll any damage or healing that you take.
If you can't see or hear whatever is causing damage to you, you may not even be aware (at the DM's discretion) that you took damage at all. If you take Fire or Cold damage, you can feel that the temperature around you is much hotter or colder than normal, but you can't necessarily tell if it's enough to cause damage, or how much damage it may be causing. If you take Electrical damage, you can feel a shocking sensation, but you can't necessarily tell if it's enough to cause damage, or how much damage it may be causing.
If you suffer a critical hit and you can see the opponent that damaged you, you can tell that you were hit harder than normal (i.e. that you suffered a critical), but you still don't know exactly how much damage you took.
Even your allies can't know your current Hit Point total or how much damage you take. An ally can tell if you've taken damage, but can never know an exact number. Not even spells or special abilities that allow a character to determine the remaining hit points of another work normally on you, as such spells normally work by empathizing with the target to feel what it feels.

Roleplaying Ideas: A character with this trait may be more reckless, having nothing to fear from pain, or they may be more cautious, knowing that they must keep their eyes open for hazards they may not be able to feel.
