You put a pinch of metal shavings in you hand, then speaking the words of the curse your breath blows the shavings off of your hand in the direction of your victim. Suddenly the target of the spell becomes slightly dizzy and unable to balance giving them -1 Dex for 1d4 rounds.

Material Component: A pinch (one gram) of finely shaven metal.
