Pounce. If the torvosaurus moves at least 30 feet straight toward a creature and then hits it with a claw attack on the same turn, that target must succeed on a DC 17 Strength saving throw or be knocked prone. If the target is prone, the torvosaurus can make one bite attack against it as a bonus action.

Rampage. When the torvosaurus reduces a creature to 0 hit points with a melee attack on its turn, the torvosaurus can take a bonus action to move up to half its speed and make a bite attack.

ACTIONS

Multiattack. The torvosaurus makes three melee attacks: one with its bite and two with its claws. It can make one tail attack in place of its two claw attacks, but it can't use its bite and its tail on the same target.

Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +10 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 20 (2d12 + 7) piercing damage. If the target is a Medium or smaller creature, it is grappled (escape DC 17). Until this grapple ends, the target is restrained and the torvosaurus can't bite another target.

Claws. Melee Weapon Attack: +10 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 16 (2d8 + 7) slashing damage.

Tail. Melee Weapon Attack: +10 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 20 (3d8 + 7) bludgeoning damage. If the target is a Medium or smaller creature, it must make a DC 17 Strength saving throw or be knocked prone.

If a dinosaur had to be picked to rival the tyrannosaurus, torvosaurus is most certainly a contender. With a name that means "savage lizard", torvosaurus is a massive, voracious hunter with a giant head and strong claws. This is a hunter that regularly competes with the infamous Allosaurus. A large megalosaur with a nasty attitude, many poachers in the Arkamata region have fallen prey to a Torvosaurus.
