Dragon Rises from the Sea

Range:	Self (60-foot line)
Components:	V, S, M (a martial melee weapon worth at least 1 gp)
Duration:	Instantaneous

An attack skill that launches the user forward quickly, and flings out a water-like dragon with magical energy. Blue waves emanate from the user's weapon which gathers onto the weapon’s tip and is sent out when attacking a target doing 4d8 magic damage.

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 4th level or higher the magic damage increases by 1d8
