Cold Blooded. The bloodsucker's thermoregulation is similar to that of a frog or a lizard. This makes it impossible to identify it via infravision.

Sunlight Sensitivity. While in sunlight, the bloodsucker has disadvantage on attack rolls, as well as on Wisdom (Perception) checks that rely on sight.

ACTIONS

Multiattack. The bloodsucker makes two attacks with its claws.

Claw. Melee Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 5 (1d6 + 2) slashing damage.

Blood Drain. Melee Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, reach 5 ft., one creature. Hit: 5 (1d6 + 2) piercing damage, and the bloodsucker attaches to the target. At the start of each of the bloodsucker's turns, the target loses 5 (1d6 + 2) hit points due to blood loss.
The bloodsucker can detach itself by spending 5 feet of its movement. It does so after it drains 10 hit points of blood from the target or the target dies. A creature, including the target, can use its action to attempt to detach the bloodsucker with a DC 12 Strength check.

Invisibility. The bloodsucker turns invisible until it attacks or until its concentration ends (as if concentrating on a spell). Any equipment the bloodsucker wears or carries is invisible with it.

Bloodsucker Source

A standard bloodsucker looks almost human, but has a hunched stance and grey or brown skin. Instead of a mouth, it has several strong tentacles, which it uses to feed on other creatures. So far, there have been seen only three types of bloodsuckers: the underground bloodsucker, the marsh bloodsucker and the albino bloodsucker.
Underground bloodsuckers live underground in caves, tunnels or canalizations. They have a distinct bluish fur.
Swamp bloodsuckers, also known as marsh creatures, live in swamps. They can be identified by their green hue and moss covering their body. Unlike other bloodsuckers, these are much stronger and faster. They are also known for their great jumping ability.
The final—and rarest—type of bloodsucker is the albino bloodsucker, which is usually encountered in forests. Their only difference is their pale skin.
Bloodsuckers are one of the most feared mutants of the Zone. They live in wet and dark environments, such as swamps or abandoned undergrounds. They tend to hunt alone at night or, rarely, in pairs. Once a bloodsucker notices its prey, it turns invisible and attacks from behind, grappling the prey with its tentacles. Once the prey dies of blood loss, the bloodsucker feeds on its blood, until there is nothing but a dried corpse left.
