Fire Elemental Titan
Gargantuan elemental, unaligned Armor Class 15
Damage Immunities fire, poison; bludgeoning, piercing, and slashing from nonmagical attacks Inferno Form. The elemental can move through a space as narrow as 1 inch wide without squeezing. A creature that touches the elemental or hits it with a melee attack while within 10 ft. of it takes 10 (2d10) fire damage. In addition, the elemental can enter a hostile creature's space and stop there. The first time it enters a creature's space on a turn, that creature takes 10 (2d10) fire damage and catches fire; until someone takes an action to douse the fire, the creature takes 10 (2d10) fire damage at the start of each of its turns. Unbearable Heat. When the elemental starts its turn, each creature within 50 feet of it must make a DC 20 Constitution saving throw, taking 7 (3d4) fire damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one. Illumination. The elemental sheds bright light in a 50-foot radius and dim light for an additional 50 feet. Elemental Titan Heart. When the elemental is reduced to 0 hit points it dissipates into its true form, a fire elemental with 0 hit points. ACTIONSMultiattack. The elemental makes three fire blast attacks. Fire Blast. Ranged Weapon Attack: +10 to hit, range 120 ft., one target. Hit 15 (6d4) fire damage. Empower (Recharge 6). The elemental surges with energy. The range of its fire blast and unbearable heat increase by 50 feet. Additionally, the elemental regains 100 hit points while its hit point maximum is increased by 50 and its attack bonus and AC are increased by 1. Each time the elemental uses this action, roll a d10, adding 1 for each time the elemental has used this action since taking a long rest. If the result is a 10 or higher, the elemental shudders and is reduced to 0 hit points.
