Backup. The four kings always fight together. If one engages in combat, the others can appear by his side as a free action.

Incorporeal Movement. The four kings can move through other creatures and objects as if they were difficult terrain. they take 5 (1d10) force damage if they end their turn inside an object.

Magic Blade. The four kings weapon attacks are magical. When the four kings attack with their weapons, the weapons deals an extra 4d6 necrotic damage (included in the attack)

Sunlight Sensitivity. While in sunlight, the four kings have disadvantage on attack rolls, as well as on Wisdom (Perception) checks that rely on sight.

Turn Resistance. The four kings have advantage on saving throws against any effect that turns undead.

ACTIONS

Multiattack. The four kings make two longsword attacks.

Longsword. Melee Weapon Attack: +9 to hit, reach 5 ft. Hit: 9 (1d10+4) slashing damage plus 14 (4d6) necrotic damage.

Spirit Drain (Recharge 4-6). One target creature must succeed on a DC 15 wisdom saving throw or take 27 (6d8) necrotic damage and suffer from 1 level of exhaustion.

Spirit Burst (Recharge 4-6). One of the four kings releases several spheres of energy. Each creature within 10 ft. must make DC 15 dexterity saving throws, taking 18 (4d8) necrotic damage on a failed save or half as much on a successful one.

Four old kings who where given pieces of a lord soul by Lord Gwyn himself to govern in his stead. However, they were tricked by a Primordial Serpent into going into the Abyss to gain more power. The Abyss turned the kings into fearsome wraith-like creatures and they know wander the Abyss, waiting for adventurers to kill.
