Background

These clerics worship the gods of time and balance, striving to maintain stasis and the status quo. Therefore, those who seek to worship these gods tend to lean towards the "Lawful Neutral" alignment.

Starting at 1st level, you gain proficiency in History, Survival,and Insight. Your proficiency bonus is doubled for any ability check you make that uses these skills.

Consistency

Starting at 1st level, your holy symbol receives charges when you are in danger. At the beginning of each of your turns in combat, your symbol receives one charge, up to 3 times your cleric level. For each 3 charges, you gain a +1 bonus to all damage and healing. When you take short or long rest, your holy symbol loses all charges.

Channel Divinity - Time Walk

As a cleric of the time domain, you are fully aware that patience is a key component in victory. Starting at 2nd level, when initiative is rolled, you may use this Channel Divinity option and choose not to roll, and instead go last in the round. If you do, you may take another turn after your first turn.

Rippling Manifestation

Starting at 6th level, your mere presence creates ripples through space, allowing you to move without a fear of danger. In the start of each of your turns, you may disengage from any number of creatures that are within 5 ft of you without taking the Disengage action.

Spellcharge Stasis

Starting at 8th level, when your holy symbol would lose a charge after a short or long rest, you may instead lose 1 hit die per 3 charges.

One with the Flow of Time

At the 17th level, you have become one with time itself. As a bonus action on your turn, you may expend 3 charges of your holy symbol. If you do, take another turn after this one.
