Incendiary Harpy
Medium elemental, any alignment Armor Class 11
Damage Immunities fire, poison Elemental Weapons. The harpy's weapon attacks are magical and deal an extra 4 (1d8) fire damage (included in the attacks). ACTIONSMultiattack. The harpy makes two attacks: one with its claws and one with its club. Claws. Melee Weapon Attack: +3 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 6 (2d4 + 1) slashing damage plus 4 (1d8) fire damage. Club. Melee Weapon Attack: +3 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 3 (1d4 + 1) bludgeoning damage plus 4 (1d8) fire damage. Luring Song. The harpy sings a magical melody. Every humanoid and giant within 300 feet of the harpy that can hear the song must succeed on a DC 11 Wisdom saving throw or be charmed until the song ends. The harpy must take a bonus action on its subsequent turns to continue singing. It can stop singing at any time. The song ends if the harpy is incapacitated. Flickering Step. The harpy moves up to its speed. Each creature that makes an attack against the harpy during this movement takes 4 (1d8) fire damage.

This is a variation of the harpy with the fire elemental creature template. It has pretty much the same history as a normal harpy but the existing harpy was intercepted by a demon king or devil lord and turned into their vessel of chaos and flaming destruction. |
