Child of Darkness [Racial]

Spending most of your time in darkness you perfected your inert ability to spread darkness into the world.

Prerequisite: Tiefling, Int 13

Benefit: Increases the characters natural Blacklight ability to "Improved Blacklight" (doubles radius and duration)

Note: This feat is related to the The Test of Time (DnD Campaign Setting)→ Tiefling Feats. Tieflings gain Blacklight instead of Darkness as a spell-like ability in this setting.
