You vomit sticky goo
You vomit a ball of expanding goo, you must target an unoccupied space, that space and all adjacent spaces become covered in sticky goo and are now difficult terrain, creatures that start their turn or attempt to move through the area must make a strength saving throw or become stuck in the goo, being stuck forces you to use four times as much movement through the difficult terrain instead of twice.
