Priest of Gas

The Six Divines, Helium, Neon, Argon, Krypton, Xenon and Radon sometimes choose people as their messengers, granting them power. Such messengers are chosen the times they are born, and become aware of it during adolescence. Then, they can devote themselves to the Six, gaining a part of their wisdom.

Class Features

All of the following are class features of the Priest of the Noble Gasses.

Weapon and Armor Proficiency: This class grants the character proficiency with simple weapons and shields, but not any armor.

Disciple (Ps): The Six Divines, gift you their blessing. You can now contemplate upon their Divinity to use spell-like abilities related to the special attributes of each gas. DC Save against these abilities is equal to 10 + 1/2 class level + Wis Modifier + Power Rank.

Helium (Rank 1) : Floating Disk, Feather fall, Dancing Lights, Acid Splash, and Daze at will.

Neon (Rank 2) : Augury, Acid Arrow, Levitate, Blur, and Hypnotic Patter at will.

Argon (Rank 3) : Hold Person, Daylight, Blink, Acid Blast, and Arcane Sight at will.

Krypton (Rank 4) : Solid Fog, Rainbow Pattern, Gaseous Form, Dimension Door 3/day + wis modifier (each).

Xenon (Rank 5) : Cloud kill, Mind Fog, Interposing Hand, Wind Walk and Contact other plane 2/day +wis modifier (each.

Radon (Rank 6) : Acid Fog, Forceful Hand, True Seeing, Control Winds and Shadow Walk 1/day + wis modifier (each).

Noble Hand : You unlock the first secret of the Six which is the Hand of Helium, the Weightless One. The ability to levitate objects is now granted to you. As a standard action, you can lift or move objects weighing up to 30lb/level. You can also hold an object in the air but that requires to maintain concentration. Enemies can negate this effect with a Will Save. Objects and enemies can be moved up to 30ft each round you concentrate. This ability has a maximum range of 200ft.

Noble Light : You contemplate on how Neon the Bright One , sheds light upon Creation when on low pressure. You can now use Neon, to generate bright light in a circle with a 10ft/level radius centered on the object you touch. The colour of the light is decided by the user. It is a spell-like ability, used as a standard action. The light lasts for 1 hour per class level.

Noble Smite : You channel the Divine energies of the Six around you, to form the seal of Argon, the Slow One. This energy can be used to strike a foe (or object) down, as a standard action. You must succeed a ranged touch attack against the target. If you succeed, the target takes 1d6 damage per class level, and it is covered in Argon (speed reduced at half). You can choose to deal either light or acid damage. This attack has a range of 60ft. It is a spell-like ability.

Noble Grace : You meditate upon Krypton, the Hidden One and His power is bestowed upon you. You add your Wisdom Modifier to all your saving throws. Furthermore you gain a +4 bonus to Hide and Move Silently checks.

Noble Flight : Xenon, the Heavy One, increases your power. Ironically you gain the ability to fly at a speed equal to your base land speed +20 ft with perfect maneuverability. Your flight is a supernatural ability.

Noble Devastation : You unlock the final secret of the Six, which is the seal of Radon, the Radioactive One. Twice per day, you can use your Noble Light ability in a different way. Apart from shedding light, the object you touched now emits radiation in the same area it sheds light on. Two rounds after the touch, the object bursts in radiation, forcing everything in the area to take damage equal to 1d10 per class level, and living creatures must survive a fortitude save or become killed.

Avatar Form : You are fully aware of what noble gas means, and such knowledge leaves a mark on your soul. Your type changes to Elemental [1], gaining all of of their traits.

Ex-Priest of the Noble Gases

If at any time you stop Worshiping the Six, you take 1d10 permanent wisdom damage and loose all class abilities. If the character ever repent for such a sin, an Atonement spell restores the lost wisdom and gives class abilities back.

Epic Priest of the Noble Gases

Epic Priests of Gases, still advance class abilities, but gain no new ones.
