Overcharged Spell [Metamagic]

The current delivered by your electrical spells is so high that it damages creatures that normally have resistance or immunity to electricity.
Prerequisite:
Benefit: The current on an overcharged spell is so high that it ignores the resistance to electricity of creatures affected by the spell. Affected creatures with immunity to electrical attacks still take half damage. This feat can be applied only to spells with the electricity descriptor. Creatures with the earth subtype take double damage from an overcharged spell. Creatures affected by an overcharged spell are still entitled to whatever saving throw the spell normally allows. An overcharged spell uses up a spell slot one level higher than the spell's actual level.
