Circle of the Dragonshifter (5e Subclass)

The path of sorcery isn't the only way to attain control over one's draconic ancestry, there is another, albeit more ancient way. Those of dragon's blood following the way of nature can unleash their power in ways considered heretical by their druidic brethren, but nonetheless this strength can be a force to behold.
Dragon Ancestor
When you choose this subclass at 2nd level, choose one type of dragon as your ancestor. The damage type associated with each dragon is used by features you gain later. See the Draconic Ancestry table on page 102 of the PHB for more information.
Dragon's Fang
At 2nd level, you craft a weapon used to channel your blood's power. The weapon functions as a dagger and you gain +1 to attack and damage bonuses with it. Choose one draconic mutation (shown below), you gain the effects of the chosen mutation so long as your Dragon's Fang is within 20 feet of you. You may swap any chosen mutation for another at the end of a long rest. You gain the ability to choose a second mutation at 6th level and third mutation at 10th level.
Draconic Mutations
Draconic Scales: Your armor class becomes 8 + your CHA modifier + your WIS modifier while you aren't wearing armor.
Draconic Claws: Your unarmored attacks deal 1d4 slashing damage + 1d4 damage of the type associated with your draconic ancestry.
Draconic Magic: You gain the ability to cast one cantrip that deals the type of damage associated with your draconic ancestry using your CHA modifier.
Draconic Sight: You gain a darkvision of 60ft.
Dragonshape
Staring at 6th level, when you use your Wild Shape feature you may transform into a dragon wyrmling of the color associated with your draconic ancestry. You also gain resistance to the damage type associated with your draconic ancestry.
In addition, whenever you make a melee attack with either your natural weapons or Dragon's Fang you may expend up to four levels of druid spell slots, if you hit you deal 1d6 extra damage of the type associated with your draconic ancestry for each level of spell slot expended using this feature.
Dragon's Armor
Starting at 10th level, whenever you are attacked by a creature you can see you may use your reaction to add +2 to your AC. You may use this feature a number of times equal to half of your druid levels, you may not use this feature additional times until you finish a long rest, at which point the number of remaining uses is set to half of your druid level once again.
In addition whenever you are hit by a melee weapon attack as a reaction to expend up to four levels of druid spell slots, the attacker must succeed on a DEX saving throw against your druid spellcasting modifier or take 1d8 damage of the type associated with your draconic ancestry. You gain +2 to attack and damage rolls made with your Dragon's Fang.
Greater Dragonshape
Starting at 14th level, you may assume the form of a young dragon of the color associated with your draconic ancestry when you use your wild shape feature. In addition you gain Immunity to the damage type associated with your draconic ancestry. You gain +3 to attack and damage rolls made with your Dragon's Fang.
