Most orc leaders gain power within their tribes by virtue of being strong enough to best any challengers to their claims. The strongest orc leads the tribe, while the rest fight amongst themselves until an orc strong enough to challenge the leader of the tribe arises and either claims leadership or dies in the attempt. |
