Torrential Wave Elementalist Attack 15
You feel the deep sea well up within yourself, at first a knot in your stomach, then feels as though your very being might split open as a great torrent of water rushes around, crushing foes and ensuing chaos.

Standard Action Burst 10
Target: Each other creature in burst
Attack: Wisdom Vs. Reflex
Hit: 2d8 + Wisdom modifier damage, slide the target a number of squares equal to your intelligence bonus (min. 1).
Miss: Half damage. Slide the target a number of squares equal to your intelligence modifier
Sustain Standard: The area begins to flood and the waves still crash violently dealing 1d8 + Wisdom modifier damage to each other creature in the area and sliding them a number of squares equal to your intelligence bonus (min. 1). In addition the area increases twofold each round it is not stopped by a wall, and if it is not contained within the next round, you cannot sustain this power. Sustaining this power can also cause creatures to drown if as it fills a room at a rate of 10 cubic squares per round (50 sq. ft.). You can still drown from the water.
