| Standard Action | Area 5x5 zone within 10 squares |
| Target: Each enemy in the burst | |
| Attack: Intelligence Vs. Fortitude | |
| Hit: Intelligence modifier damage. | |
| Effect: All enemies take a -1 penalty to all defenses while within the zone, and treat the zone as difficult terrain. The zone lasts until the end of your next turn. | |
| Sustain Minor: The zone persists until the end of your next turn. | |
