Wheeler Mechanism [Racial]

Wheels and rubber pads attached to your feet make your strides longer and the strides that you do take count for more.
Prerequisite: Metalborn
Benefit: When you move, you may choose to increase your speed by 2. If you do, you may not move into difficult terrain.
