Prerequisite: Wyvernborn, Frozen Survival

Benefit: You can use the Infernal Frost power as an encounter power.

Infernal Frost	Feat Power
You strike your enemy with the power of your cold blood
Encounter  Martial, Weapon, Cold
Standard Action	Melee Weapon
Target: One creature
Attack: Strength Vs. AC
Hit: 2d8 + Strength modifier cold damage, and the target is slowed until the end of your next turn
