| Hit: 1[W] + Strength Modifier damage, target's defense of your choice are debuffed by your Charisma Modifier until the end of your next turn. | |
| Effect: Roll 1d6, up to that number of additional creatures within 3 spaces of you take half your Charisma Modifier debuff to the same defenses as the original target's until the end of your next turn. Increase to full Charisma Modifier at 21st level.
Gold Standard: Reroll the d6, and use the higher of the rolls for this power's effect. | |
