Shadows form around your opponents head, dazing them
Target a single creature within 30 feet. The target becomes Incapacitated until the end of your next turn. On a successful wisdom save, they subject can move freely, but takes a -2 to attack rolls, skill checks, and saving throws until the end of your next turn.
If you have mastery of the Umbral Mind path, add 1 to the save dc
