Range:	40 ft
Components:	Somatic
Duration:	30 Seconds (Concentration)

Shadows manifest near your opponents head, distracting them

The targeted creature makes a wisdom saving throw. If they fail, they recieve -1 to attack rolls and dexterity based skill checks for the duration
