DESCRIPTION

The last spell cast by the target is removed from its spell list (and spells known, if applicable) for the duration of this spell. If the target has any more of that spell prepared, it may not cast them until after this spell expires. If the target has not cast any spells in the last 24 hours, this spell has no effect.
