Action Surge (Recharges after a Short or Long Rest). On the goblin's turn, it can take one additional action on top of its regular action and a possible bonus action.

Magic Initiate. The goblin's spellcasting ability is Intelligence (spell save DC 11). The goblin can cast the following spells:

At will: booming blade, mending
1/day: shield

Nimble Escape. The goblin can take the Disengage or Hide action as a bonus action on each of its turns.
