Titanborn (5e Feat)

Titanborn
Prerequisites: Constitution 13 and Strength 13 or higher
The power of the Titans flows through you and you gain these benefits:
- When you gain a new level and roll a hit die to determine your maximum hit points, if you roll a number below your Constitution modifier, your die is considered to be equal to your modifier instead.
- You ignore Two-Handed property of weapons and when you are wielding a melee weapon with both hands, you deal additional damage equal to the weapon damage die. This additional damage can be done only once in each of your turns.
- Your AC while unarmored equals 10 + your Strength Modifier + your Constitution modifier. You can use a shield and still gain this benefit.
