Huge undead, chaotic evil Armor Class 18 (natural armor)
Saving Throws Dex +6, Con +9, Int +7, Wis +10, Cha +7 Innate Spellcasting. Lazaro's spellcasting ability is Intelligence (spell save DC 15, +7 to hit with spell attacks). It can innately cast the following spells, requiring no material components: At will: 4 cantrips, 2 1st and 2 2rd level spells Legendary Resistance (2/Day). If Lazaro fails a saving throw, it can choose to succeed instead. Life Fails. A creature within 60 feet of Lazaro can't regain hit points. Life Sense. Lazaro knows if there is a living creature within 100 feet of it. ACTIONSMultiattack. Lazaro casts a spell that it can cast at will. It then makes three attacks: one with its bite and two with its claws. Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +11 to hit, reach 15 ft., one target. Hit: 29 (2d8 + 7) piercing damage. Claw. Melee Weapon Attack: +11 to hit, reach 15 ft., one target. Hit: 17 (1d6 + 7) slashing damage. Corrupted Breath (Recharge 5-6). Lazaro exhales corrupted miasma and acid in a 60-foot cone. Each creature in that area must make a DC 18 Dexterity saving throw, taking 33 (6d10) acid damage and 33 (6d10) necrotic damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.
LEGENDARY ACTIONSit can take {{{2}}} legendary actions, choosing from the options below.
