ParaYEET[edit]

Physical Description[edit]

History[edit]

ParaYEET’s are one of the many Avian races living on the distant planet Avisverm.

Society[edit]

They use their charisma and wit to reach higher ranks in politics and are normally seen with slaves or Berd Boi hirelings.

ParaYEET Names[edit]

ParaYEET are very literate and love to boast it by having confusing unpronounceable names. This is seen prodominantly in the females

Male: Qxuin, Vezpyr

Female: Chrytatinal, Dvagiuofal

ParaYEET Traits[edit]

Ability Score Increase. Your Charisma score increases by 3, your Dexterity score increases by 2, but your Constitution will decrease by 4
Age. Maturity and life span is surprisingly very similar to human, maxing out around a little under a century
Alignment. ParaYEETs may be arrogant and above it all, but they aren’t inherently evil. Though some can definitely be. However there are some rare cases of ParaYEETs leaving their company to do good and help people.
Size. they can range from small to large. ParaYEET adults range from 4ft to astounding 15ft. Though with some magic ParaYEETs can make themselves look double their size. ParaYEETs, even with their illusionary abilities, takes more effort to maintain an appearance that is taller then them selfs. Because of this, height is a major factor of ParaYEET hierarchy.
Speed. Your base walking speed is 40 feet. ParaYEETs can’t fly, but their hollow bones and aerobic body’s allow them to run pretty fast. ParaYEETs can’t swim and will quickly drown, but they can easily use their magic to traverse whatever body of water that they come across
Light vision. ParaYEETs are actually diurnal. Meaning they are active during the day and have amazing vision in daylight. When ParaYEETs are outside, they get advantage on perception checks, and if they have proficiency on perception, they gain expertise in it.
Literate. ParaYEETs are well versed and are skilled in learning languages. It takes them a quarter of the time it takes to normally acquire it. They can even learn nearly and possibly pronounceable languages such as draconic thanks to there great mimicking abilities. When creating your character you can pick two extra languages to know. (DM Discretion on what languages can be picked)
Illusionary adept. Gains minor illusion as a cantrip. If the class that you chose can cast spells, then you gain silent image as an extra spell.
Solidify illusion. Every even level you gain a level of concentration. You can “Solidify” one illusion for every lvl you have, but limits of what you can solidify are as follows: After casting an illusionary spell, you can use a bonus action to solidify it for a spell slot. Concentration must be maintained to keep it real. Dispel magic will desolidify

Lvl 1 - mundane meduim or small inanimate object. Light weapons

Lvl 2 - large inanimate or small animated object. Medium weapon (2 handed or versitile)

Can be used as an reaction to use defensively. Objects created through illusions can be made quasi-real while you maintain concentration upon the substance of the spell. The use of Minor illusion for example can create objects the size of your palm that while you concentrate are solid-corporeal. The use of Silent image will allow you to create a medium weapon or simple inanimate object when cast at level 1. A silent image can be cast with a second level spell slot to create a large inanimate object that is real while you maintain concentration or an animated small object.
Languages. You can speak, read, and write Common and one other language of your choice. Common and pretty much everything else.

<Subrace Name>[edit]

ParaYEETs are very against mating outside their kind, but... if it does happen.. they would get a boost in eyesight and the school of illusion. They won’t have the same language boost though.
