Artificer subclass- The Rejected

The artificer subclass " The Rejected" refers to those who have dedicated an enormous amount of time to studying magic in one or many if it's countless forms. The catch, however, is that these people lack, for some reason, the ability to actual use what they have learned in the traditional sense. These few cannot cast spells, gain a patron, or otherwise manipulate the weave to create spells of any kind. They have been rejected by magic. But, due to the extremely vigorous and intense study and training these individuals have gone through, they know a thing or two about how magic works in their world, and can manipulate the weave in more unorthodox ways. Ways that do not involve what most would consider "magic".
