Description[edit]
The Tradesman is the most common ship in space, and often the first ship for deep-space adventurers.
As a common merchant ship, the tradesman carries only light weaponry to preserve precious cargo space; though it will sometimes be found in convoys guarded by one or more warships.
Ship Variants[edit]
Light Cruiser: This battle-worthy Tradesman is preferred by pirates, with an impressive 16 AC and an arsenal of 3 medium weapons, either ballistae or catapults. Its max ability mod is reduced to +1, however.
