Toosh are great ranged attackers, and harness different powers to aid them in their travels.

Physical Description[edit]

The toosh stand at roughly 5.5 feet, and weigh 70lb. They often have dark brown eyes. They never wear armour, and rarely battle. The toosh are a peaceful race, who rarely side one way or the other. The toosh often receive lots of confusion about their name, since no one truly knows the plural of toosh. Some have hazarded a guess, with things such as teesh, but the toosh say that that is ridiculous. So to avoid confusion, the toosh have said that they shall be known only as toosh, and nothing more. Toosh can live for up to 500 human years.


The Toosh can live for up to 500 years, and at the age of 18, they choose what path they wish to go down. There are three classes of Toosh, Aether, Forest and Shadow Toosh. Most toosh become Aether or Forest, but only the true adventurers become the shadow toosh. The toosh mainly live in small villages or sometimes in the wilderness, much like the humans do, and sometimes they are even mistaken for small humans. Before the toosh has chosen what it would like to be, it is known as a common toosh, and must pass a test to see whether it is worthy of becoming what it so desperately desires.


Tooshen society is an interesting subject, the Toosh seem to have taken many parts of culture, and made it their own. Their language is similar to Dwarvish, and to Elvish in many ways. The ancient Tooshen scripture, which is used to teach the way of the toosh, is written in common, but also contains parts of Elvish. Toosh are taught common and Elvish, but most also inherently know Dwarvish.

Toosh live in small packs, in villages, or sometimes even in the wilderness. The often keep to themselves, and will rarely ask for help even if they sincerely need it. Even though the toosh are not one of the most well know beings, they are very respected by those who do know them. The toosh are often outstanding marksmen, but also can be close range assassins. The toosh truely are remarkable creatures.

Male: Lucifer, Elding, Noctus, Brire, Astile, Suetir, Monces, Lorel, Opno, Posret, Elmeir, Alnom

Female: Slyin, Amor, Vierma, Alemia, Polema, Emila, Nores, Asprew, Tael, Relia, Ania, Esmia

Toosh Traits[edit]

The Toosh is a medium HP long-ranged attacker, with evading abilities. They can also be sneaky assassins.
Ability Score Increase. Your Intelligence and Wisdom both increase by 1.
Age. Toosh live up to be 500 years old.
Alignment. Toosh are normally neutral, but when they do have opinions, it is extremely difficult to change their mind.
Size. Toosh are normally between 5-6 feet tall. Your size is Medium.
Speed. Your base walking speed is 35 feet.
Darkvision. You can see in dim light within 60 feet of you as if it were bright light, and in darkness as if it were dim light. You can't discern color in darkness, only shades of gray.
Languages. Tooshen, Common, and one other language of your choice.
Subrace. Shadow, Aether, Forest.

Shadow Toosh[edit]

Ability Score Increase. Your Dexterity increases by 2.
Shadow Retreat. When below 6HP, as a bonus action, you can restore 1d6 HP. This resets every full-length long rest (8 hours).
Shadow Slumber. Rests are half-length - Note, half-length rests do not reset Shadow Retreat.
Cover Of Dark. You cannot be detected by or detect enemies further away than 5 feet from you. To activate, 2d8>10, and using it consumes 1 HP. Resets every long rest - Shadow Slumber does not affect this. Even If 2d8<10, you still need to have a long rest before you can attempt it again. Lasts for up to 30 minutes - but can be stopped at any time.
Ammo Hunter. All your Ammunition can be found and retrieved from a battle. A short rest optionally repairs all of it for 10GP. Only half of the ammo can be used if it is not repaired.
Rising Sun. You have disadvantage on Strength and wisdom saving throws when in direct sunlight.

Aether Toosh[edit]

Ability Score Increase. Your Intelligence and Wisdom both increase by 1.
Aether Restore. Restore 5 HP to yourself or companions. Resets every short rest.
Work of Art. Create a toy that distracts any enemy for 5 minutes. Takes 10 minutes to create. Resets every short rest.
Confusion. Create Aether versions of yourself that distract and attack enemies. To create, 2d8>10. Aether versions of yourself do 1d4 damage. They only last 10 minutes and have HP 4. You can make one at a time. Resets after long rest.
Blindness. Disadvantage on Intelligence and Wisdom saving throws in the dark.
Transcendence. Heal all your companions within 20 feet of you 1d4. Resets every two long rests.
Aether Attack. Create a weapon of your choice from Aether to keep, or to give to a companion (list below) No proficiency bonuses or Multipliers are added on to the damage. Resets every long rest. Takes time to make.

6 Handaxe - 1d6 Slashing - 10 Minutes

Forest Toosh[edit]

Ability Score Increase. Your Charisma score increases by 2.
One with Nature. Ability to understand all creatures, at the expense of only knowing Common and Tooshen languages.
Fertile Land. Grow food anywhere, enough to feed 5 people. Resets every long rest.
Camouflage. Hide anywhere in a forest or woods, and no enemy can detect you if they are further away than 5 feet from you.
Nature's Hidden Power. Advantage on Strength and Dexterity saving throws in a forest or woods.
