Thirsting missiles

Prerequisites: Ability to cast magic missile
you have figured out how to steal your opponents life force using the magic missile spell. Whenever you fire a magic missile from any source you may heal for half the damage felt rounded down. You may have your magic missiles deal necrotic damage
