The Lockeeper's Cottage

The Lock Keeper is the self-appointed historian of the Blackroot Falls. He is also the keeper of the magical locked gate on the Western bank of the White Bloom River. The gate prevents unwary travellers from venturing to their undoubted demise in the Eastern portion of the Falls.
