Talk:Pact of the Rune (5e Pact Boon)

This isn't very typical a pact boon due to pact boons usually being some object that you are granted from your patron. I propose the following change:

Your patron grants you a special armor forged of runes rather than typical metal. While you are wearing this armor, your AC is equal to 10 + your Constitution modifier + Charisma modifier. This number is unaffected by any other armor you wear, including shields. 
If you lose this runic armor, you can perform a 1-hour ceremony to receive a replacement from your patron. This ceremony can be performed during a short or long rest, and it destroys the previous armor. The armor bursts into harmless flames and is destroyed when you die.
